About John and His Journey
4 Years, Daily Panic, Daily Palpitations, Daily Fear
I spent years stuck in fear — endless doctor visits, late-night Googling, waking up scanning my body for symptoms, and going to bed thinking, “What if I don’t wake up tomorrow?”

For 3 years I told no one. When I finally opened up to my partner Donna, I Told her sorry, you do not deserve this. She looked me in the eye and said: “Either do you, John.” That was the first step that changed everything.

Now I use simple tools every day to manage anxiety:
-
4-4-6 breathing when my heart races
-
Cold resets like ice baths or walking in the sea
-
Journaling to spot false alarms
-
Staying steady with water + electrolytes
-
Walking it off when adrenaline builds
-
And the biggest one: reminding myself “This is anxiety, not danger.” (Acceptance)

I’m not cured, but I’ve learned how to live with it, manage it, and build something meaningful out of it.

That’s why I built this space — to share the tools that keep me going, and to remind you: you’re not broken, not alone, and not beyond hope.

Why I Built This Community
I know what it’s like to feel broken, judged, and completely alone with anxiety. Nobody should feel like that.

That’s why I created a private community where people can share their wins, get daily encouragement, and use real tools that actually help.

Right now, the first members can join free. Soon, it will be paid-only.
